S.T.A.R.S. works with eligible adults in Anson, Montgomery, Moore and Richmond counties through individualized case management and coordinated support.

Education & training

Support may include tuition, books, certifications, licenses and connections to short-term training.

Employment support

Build job-readiness skills and explore eligible work supports that can help you prepare for and keep employment.

Budgeting & financial goals

Work one-on-one on budgeting, credit awareness, goal tracking and steps toward long-term stability.

Housing stability

Eligible participants may receive help with housing-related needs, including deposits, when funding is available.
